Order Processing Times

We process orders within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, it is officially dispatched and begins its journey to you.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location. Here's what to expect:

📦 Canada: 8–14 business days
📦 UK: 7–12 business days
📦 Australia: 8–14 business days
📦 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Accuracy & Address Changes

1. Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

2. If there’s an issue with your address, our team will reach out via email within 3 business days.

3. If you need to correct your shipping details, email us at support@bassorio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes.

Unverified or incorrect addresses that go uncorrected may result in cancellation or delay.


Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to get your gear to you fast, delays can happen due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package goes missing:

3. You may also file a claim directly with the courier.

While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse, we’ll do everything we can to assist—and in some cases, offer a replacement depending on the situation.
