Our bags are built to eliminate wrinkles, crushed shoes, and last-minute dry cleaning runs—so you can show up ready. We believe in the performance of our product, and we recommend using it for at least 14 days before considering a return.
If, after trying it for 14 days, you’re still not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 90 days of receiving your order. Please email us at support@bassorio.com to get started.
Order Cancellation Policy
Need to make a change or cancel your order?
No problem—as long as it’s within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.
If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Try Bassorio risk-free for 14 days. If it’s not a fit, you can return it any time within 90 days of purchase.
1. Returns are only accepted after 14 days of use.
2. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. To begin a return, contact us via our Contact Us page or email support@bassorio.com with your Order Number, or the Name and Email used at checkout.
Damaged Items
We pack every order with care. If your product arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery.
1. Send an email to support@bassorio.com with clear photos of the damage.
2. We’ll assess and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Note: Damage to outer packaging alone (like scuffed boxes) doesn’t qualify for replacements if the product itself is intact. Items damaged from wear and tear or misuse are not covered.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ship promptly, delays can sometimes happen due to couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
1. If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please reach out to the courier directly for support.
2. Bassorio is not responsible for such incidents once the package has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you’ve entered the wrong address and don’t inform us within 24 hours, we can’t guarantee reshipments or refunds.
